What artist, curator, activist or project has influenced or inspired you?

Climbing PoeTree- a hip/hop artivist duo (Naima Penniman and Alixa Garcia) inspire me to delve deeper into connecting my art and activism. They are unabashedly bold in their quest to liberate not just those from marginalized communities, but to unleash mental shackles from the minds of those whose privilege blinds them to the struggles these communities.
